Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment which won't be refundable but can be transferable to another date. 2. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service by eftpos or cash. 3. Additional fees may apply for travel outside of a specified area. 4. The artist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. 5. Any allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed prior to the appointment. 6. The client is responsible for providing a clean and suitable space for the services to be performed.
